Description: Situated in a beautiful rural setting on the picturesque Lancashire coastline, the Holiday Park is an ideal base for exploring the Lake District, North Yorkshire and the Forest of Bowland.
Once a working farm, the rolling green fields surrounding the park offer stunning views over Morecambe Bay, whilst providing a peaceful and tranquil retreat nestled on the doorstep of Arnside & Silverdale, "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty".

Tourist Attractions: Walking: From the park you can walk for miles along the coastline or the pretty Lancaster Canal. The stunning fells of the Lake District are within easy reach.
Bird Watching: The much acclaimed RSPB Leighton Moss Nature Reserve, home to over 255 species of birds is located on our doorstep, the elusive Bittern amongst its rarest inhabitants.
Lancaster: Visit some of the local attractions and delve into the history of Lancaster (visit the Castle or the Judges Lodgings). Or just go for some retail therapy.
Directions: Exit the M6 at Junction 35 and take the A601 for Carnforth. In 1 mile turn left at the roundabout (J35a) for Carnforth (Truckhaven on the left, Pine Lake on the right). In 1 mile you will come to some traffic lights, continue through towards Lancaster & Morecambe. After a mini roundabout, 500m on the right you will see the sign for Bolton Holmes and Detrongate Holiday Park.
