- Northcliffe and Seaview Holiday Parks are both 5 star award winning parks set in forty acres of the stunning North Yorkshire Moors National Park. They are family owned and personally managed holiday parks offering a warm and friendly welcome to all families and couples.
Both parks offer fabulous views of the picturesque North Sea and surrounding moorland. From the site you can explore the natural coastline, the Yorkshire moors, or the beautiful villages North Yorkshire has to offer. The parks are situated between the historic fishing port of Whitby and picturesque Robin hoods bay and from our Seaview Holiday Park it is only 5 minutes walk to Hawsker village and pub. The lively resort of Scarborough is just 20 minutes away by car. Both parks are perfect locations to pitch your touring caravan for a season or buy a holiday caravan for a truly memorable retreat.
Northcliffe and Seaview holiday parks work hard to ensure that you will receive a 5 star service and due to this have been awarded an ‘Enjoy England 5 star holiday and touring park’ award. Among other awards they have also won the prestigious David Bellamy Gold Award for nature conservation. Both parks encourage holidaymakers to understand the importance of natural animal habitat and plant protection, through the efficient use of recycling and energy consumption.
The seasonal only touring park offers a selection of standard, premium and premium plus pitches. There are luxury centrally heated shower facilities with free hot running water. Baby bathing and changing facilities, chemical disposal point, free hairdryers, dishwasher facilities and Calor gas for sale/exchange are just a few of the facilities we offer. Selections of new & pre-owned caravan holiday homes are available for sale with breathtaking sea and countryside views. Our caravans for sale can be viewed on our website and sales appointments made through our reception.

Our Parks offer excellent on-site facilities such as:-

Reception with local walk guides and tourist information available is open 7 days a week.
Our parks are open from 1st March – 7th November, sales appointments are also available from 8th Nov – end Feb.
