On arrival both the reception and shop were closed, we had go and find a warden. We like a warm friendly welcome on arrival this was missing, several other arrivals had the same problem.
When asked when the toilets where closed for cleaning the reply was we don't close them. Both the wife and I noticed the same bits of paper still on the respective toilet floor several days later. Half the toilets and wash facilities where closed and only opened when the regulars arrived for the bingo sessions and take away open for the week end. The swimming pool was in the middle of a on going building site but was opened up at the weekend. People had to walk under scaffolding and through buildings (unfinished) to get to the pool.
We will not be going to this site when we return to Dorset.
